The Magic Fish reappear in the Waterworks nature reserve
Kate Malone's wonderful ceramic 'Magic Fish Rise and Shine' have been relocated to Lea Bridge Waterworks nature reserve. These were at the Middlesex Filterbeds for 20 years and suffered several theft attempts, with one of the pike heads stolen in March and another part damaged.
Although fewer people will get to see the Magic Fish (as the nature reserve is more out of the way), at least the reamining pieces will be more secure.
The Magic Fish can be viewed from the bird hide and is by the Kingfisher bank.
